On Sunday 18 May, children and youngsters take centre stage at LABIOMISTA! During ‘Day of the Cosmogolem - Rebel Giants’, Koen Vanmechelen's 4m giant brings magic, limitless imagination, and wild adventures to the 24-hectare park.

Around the world, the Cosmogolem helps children grow and flourish by letting them play and dream. On 18 May, he invites you and your family to LABIOMISTA's ‘Rebel Giants’ for a surprising programme filled with free activities!

It will be a day of magic, boundless imagination and crazy adventures because this year the Rebel Giants are storming through our park! Big, wacky creatures, with a wild gene in their bodies and a dash of imagination in their hearts, born from the hands of brave dreamers and curious tinkerers.

Are you a young inventor, a builder of dreams or a champion of crazy ideas? Join us! With a few planks, some branches and your endless imagination, shape your own rebellious giant. No two giants are alike because your imagination sets the rules.

From the wondrous park will sound the craziest sounds; branches tap rhythms, stones sing songs, and leaves whisper secrets that will make your heart dance. Together we will build a swirling symphony of sounds that will make your ears flap with pleasure.
